Whether you're spending evenings outside, hiking, gardening, camping, dealing with mosquitoes in your backyard, or just trying to keep bugs off your family without spraying harsh chemicals directly on your skin, a cleaner bug spray can make a big difference.
Most conventional bug sprays rely on DEET, which is designed to be absorbed into the skin to help repel insects. While it's often marketed as the standard option, it's not an ingredient I personally choose to use on myself or my family. Instead, I prefer bug sprays made with essential oils like citronella, cedarwood, lemongrass, and eucalyptus. They can be an effective alternative for everyday outdoor use and are much more aligned with the ingredients I look for in personal care products.
