Homemade Jello | With Gelatin

Homemade Gelatin Recipe

If I can make this recipe, so can you! It’s super easy, takes just a few ingredients, and is a great way to add gelatin into your routine (my kids love this one too 🤍)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of juice (I like the Lakewood Juice)
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored beef gelatin (CLICK HERE)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or cane sugar (optional)

Instructions

1. Bloom the gelatin
Pour ½ cup of juice into a bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin over the top, stir, and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens and becomes gel‑like.

2. Heat the juice
Add the remaining 3½ cups of juice to a saucepan and heat until very hot and steaming (do not boil).

3. Combine
Add the bloomed gelatin and honey (if using) to the hot juice. Stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved and smooth.

Ways to Enjoy it

  • Pour into a dish and refrigerate until set
  • Cut into squares for easy snacks
  • Great as a simple dessert or daily staple

Notes

➡️ You can use any juice depending on the flavor you want
➡️ Adjust sweetness to your preference
➡️ Keeps well in the fridge
