This is the cup I use daily! I love it because it's glass (I prefer drinking out of glass) but it's insulated with the SS cup around it. You can take it apart and use just the SS insert as well! It fits in my cup holder easily! You can put hot or cold drinks in it. The straw is stainless steel and the top is bamboo and silicone. -Destiny
