Fluoride | Why I Choose to Avoid It

What I’ve learned:

This one is still controversial in the dental field, but for me it’s something I choose to avoid.

Does it work? Yes... I have seen it work (I worked in the dental field for 8 years).

BUT my concern comes from:

  • concerns around it acting as a neurotoxin
  • its ability to cross the blood brain barrier
  • and potential effects on the pineal gland

Those factors alone are what made it a hard NO for me.
