What I’ve learned:

➡️ this is one where I personally weigh risks vs benefits
➡️ for me, it’s something I choose to avoid

Does it work? Yes... I have seen it work (I worked in the dental field for 8 years).
BUT my concern comes from:
- concerns around it acting as a neurotoxin
- its ability to cross the blood brain barrier
- and potential effects on the pineal gland
Those factors alone are what made it a hard NO for me.
