My Mission
This page is meant to help you learn about ingredients and find cleaner products that actually work in real life. My goal is education, not perfection. Learn more about my approach on my About Me page.
I would consider this a lowtox item due to highlighted ingredients ONLY if ingesting. Check out my Lube Post HERE. Personally I think if you can skip on the lube then that's the best option. I have deleted some options since either learning more or a company changing ingredients. The options in my shop are most updated -Destiny
Ingredients:
- Organic Aloe Vera, Vitamin E Oil, Xanthan, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate*, Sodium Benzoate*, Organic Vanilla Planifolia Concentrate
*The concern with Sodium Benzoate is inhalation OR if it's mixed with ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) at extreme temperatures (because it can form benzene, a carcinogen). Currently I'm okay with it in skincare products. I also personally avoid it in foods because I feel it's unnecessary but it it considered GRAS (generally recognized as safe)
Potassium Sorbate & Sodium Benzoate: Used in trace amounts to preserve aloe’s natural goodness -Aloe Cadabra
*Do not use coconut oil or oil-based w latex condoms, they can tear; This product is not recommended for use with Polyurethane Condoms.
*I don't recommend the flavored ones unless you email them and get a full disclosure on what they use for their flavor. They have a note on their website that they do use stevia in some and natural flavors in some!
Benefits:
- 95% Organic Aloe Vera
