I actually won this magnesium in a giveaway online a long time ago and once it was gone I desperately wanted it back. I have noticed a big difference taking it vs not taking it so it's one of those products I'm def keeping stocked. It's unflavored, easy to mix into water or electrolytes, and high quality.
I also appreciate that they use three forms of magnesium that are highly absorbable.
