I really love this magnesium! I love that it's in liquid form since it's more bioavailable. Specifically it has helped me sleep and I generally feel overall better. I don't believe in "magic supplements that heal all" and I don't believe one size fits all but I do believe this was a supplement my body has needed. It does have a slight mineral taste- it doesn't bother me. I take it straight but you could add it to something. -Destiny
