My family and I received all 6 bags of MASA chips in a giveaway and we fell in love! My favorite is the Churro, Habanero, and White! They do have a little bit of a lighter crunch compared to a restaurant chip. They honestly pair well with anything! I really love that they're a much cleaner version of tortilla chips (without seed oils - thank the lord!) and that they're made how traditional tortilla chips were traditionally made. -Destiny

ORIGINAL: Organic Corn (non-GMO), 100% Grass-Fed Beef Tallow ( No additives, including deodorizers or solvents, are used in making of the tallow), Sea Salt (Redmond Real Sea Salt)
BLUE: Organic Blue Corn (non-GMO), 100% Grass-Fed Beef Tallow (No additives, including deodorizers or solvents, are used in making of the tallow), Sea Salt (Redmond Real Sea Salt)
LIME: Organic Corn (non-GMO), 100% Grass-Fed Beef Tallow (No additives, including deodorizers or solvents, are used in making of the tallow), Sea Salt (Redmond Real Sea Salt), Organic Lime

- Cooked and soaked in limewater (calcium hydroxide)
- Rinsed
- Then ground into flour
This ancient process is called nixtamalization, and it:
➡️ Makes nutrients in corn more bioavailable
➡️ Improves digestibility
➡️ Reduces naturally occurring antinutrients
➡️ Adds calcium from the lime
This is how traditional tortillas were made long before modern food processing.
Benefits:
- Their corn is certified organic and sourced from small family farms in New England
- The majority of our spices are certified organic, except for a few exceptions which are noted on the label
- The salt used is unrefined and has been tested to have exceedingly low levels of microplastics
- Their NON-ORGANIC spices are sourced from Burlap & Barrel. (They know the CEO personally... he travels globally to meet with generational spice farmers and inspect their farms. Many of these farms are located in countries where the economics make certification cost-prohibitive. While not certified, their spices are still grown naturally, which they believe is what truly matters.)
- Tallow is more heat‑stable and less prone to oxidation during frying

- They only process their chips in a MASA-only facility but they do not have certifications to claim that their products are (for example): gluten free, dairy free, etc
