➡️ Aloe vera is the base here instead of just water, which helps make this feel a little more hydrating and less stripping

➡️ This is made through saponification (using potassium hydroxide), which basically turns oils into soap. It’s not present in the final formula, but it’s what allows it to actually cleanse

➡️ Coconut oil, olive oil, and sunflower oil are doing most of the cleansing, but also help keep it from feeling overly drying.

➡️ The scent comes from essential oils, so depending on the one you choose you’re getting things like citrus, woodsy oils, or herbal blends instead of just “fragrance”.

➡️ I personally prefer essential oils over synthetic fragrance, especially since it’s something you’re using constantly throughout the day.
